Special motor for hard face gear reducer

IE3/YE3 series three-phase asynchronous motor for R, S, F, K series reducer with hard teeth is a motor specially designed by our company to meet the needs of the characteristics of the reducer. The frame material is aluminum die casting and gray cast iron, and the flange end structure and bearing seat have been improved and adjusted. In the same model, it can be matched with a variety of flange end caps to meet the requirements of different mounting sizes. Choose the I-shaped flange end cover, turn the shaft for conditioning treatment, and increase the bearing grade, which can improve the bearing bearing capacity, increase the safety factor and the service life of the motor. This structure type is suitable for IE3/YE3 series derived YVF2 series variable frequency speed control motor, Y3EJ series electromagnetic brake and YVF2EJ series variable frequency speed control motor.
