Kaiyuan told everyone that the newly made motor, when the winding phase sequence U, V, W and the phase sequence of the power supply A, B, C are the same, after the power is turned 

on, the motor should be turned clockwise by the motor shaft extension. If the motor steering is opposite to the direction required by the drive, as long as any two-phase power line is 

replaced, the rotation of the magnetic field will be reversed, and the motor steering will be changed.

What is to be discussed here is whether it is possible to change the winding joint to change the steering of the motor? The answer is yes.

When the motor windings are star connected, changing the phase sequence of the windings is as easy to operate as changing the phase sequence of the power supply.

However, when the motor group adopts Angle connection, the winding phase sequence joint is changed; You have to disassemble all three joints (see Figure 3a) and then press the 

U1-W2, V1-U2, W1-V2 combination to reconnect, which is obviously very troublesome. It's easier to change the phase sequence of the power supply.

Figure 4 is an incorrect wiring method: to change the motor steering. The wires of U2, V2, and W2 are kept stationary in the outlet box, and the connection of the winding head U1, V1 and

 the terminal is simply attempted to be changed. After connecting in the direction of the arrow, the winding V1-V2 will be short-circuited by the connecting piece, which will cause an accid

ent if the power supply is connected.

Therefore, the simple and reliable way to change the motor steering is to change the phase sequence of the power supply, and not to change the joint of the Angle winding easily.
